It's all being discussed in the Admin Panel which normal people can not view. But i think there is another one where I was talking about it, I believe it was a Pyro post.

Basically so far, we have all agreed that we are going to redo the server. We have the server and the man power to get it up and going, just some minor stuff we need to get done like a name and such. >.< Hopefully we can figure out a name and let the show BEGIN!
