Rampage and Intercept + Talent Build problem + Improved Berserker Rage

These two talents aren't showing up in the abilities list. Rampage, even when selected isn't traniable from a trainer. Also, in the arms tree, when you have selected 9 points, it tells you that you have selected ten and can choose other options, but obviously, you can't.

EDIT: Improved Berserer Rage isn't generating the 20 rage like the tooltip suggests.

Rampage is a Passive skill now i believe.
